Cat5E Gigabit Ethernet Cable: Compliant with international standards such as ISO/IEC 11801, this cable delivers transmission performance of up to 100 MHz, making it suitable for voice and data infrastructure cabling. The series offers optional copper braided armor and flame-retardant outer sheathing, enhancing mechanical protection while maintaining cable flexibility.
The product features excellent fire safety performance, certified for circuit integrity under IEC 60331-23, flame retardancy per the IEC 60332 series, and low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) standards, meeting demanding requirements such as BS 6387 CWZ.
The cable is constructed with 24AWG solid bare copper conductors, HDPE+SR insulation, twisted pair structure, and a mica glass tape fire barrier layer. The outer sheath is made of halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic or thermoset LSZH material, with optional features such as UV resistance, oil and hydrocarbon resistance, and rodent/insect protection. Three configurations are available: U/UTP, F/UTP (overall foil shield), and SF/UTP (overall foil + copper braid double shield).
Stable electrical performance: Operating temperature range from -30°C to +75°C, characteristic impedance of 100±15Ω, and maximum propagation delay skew of 45 ns/100m. Excellent physical characteristics include an installation bend radius of ≥8 times the cable diameter and an operational bend radius of ≥4 times the cable diameter.
Widely applicable in building networks, data centers, industrial environments, and cabling scenarios requiring high fire safety levels, ensuring reliable and secure Gigabit Ethernet transmission.
